STATEMENT OF COMMUNITY CONSULTATION

A Statement of Community Consultation is a document required under the Planning Act 2008 which explains how we intend to carry out statutory consultation with the local community on our proposals for the Five Estuaries Offshore Wind Farm Project.

Published on 15 February 2023, the Statement of Community Consultation includes:

• A short description of the Project and its background;
• An overview of the Development Consent Order (DCO) process;
• What we will be consulting on (including the documents that make up the statutory consultation);
• How we will be consulting with members of the public; and
• How to respond to the statutory consultation.
