It is important for Five Estuaries to work collaboratively with people holding interests in land where the Project is proposed to be constructed and where the Project seeks to secure the various rights required. To that end, we encourage landowners or their appointed representatives to engage with us during the following activities.
We need to ensure that all parties with an interest in land and/or property that may be affected by the Project are notified of future consultations and any application for a Development Consent Order (DCO). Our land agents, Dalcour Maclaren, will be in contact with those who we believe to hold land interests to confirm the accuracy of the information that we hold. Providing information to Five Estuaries via Dalcour Maclaren does not indicate that you agree or disagree with our proposals, only that you are kept informed about proposals that may affect your land.
Thank you to everyone who has provided access for our surveys during 2022. We plan to undertake some targeted further surveys during 2023, either to establish ground conditions and investigate the potential for archaeology, or to top up our ecology data. Dalcour Maclaren will be in touch to request access for surveys if required.
