Happy New Year to all and welcome to 2023
The Five Estuaries team is currently busy preparing for the next stage of public consultation on the Project. We expect to start this consultation in Q1 this year. This upcoming stage of consultation would be a ‘statutory’ consultation as required by the Planning Act 2008.
It will include a great deal more information about our proposals including our Preliminary Environmental Information Report (PEIR). The PEIR is the first output of the Environmental Impact Assessment process and will set out the environmental baseline and, based on our initial assessments, the Project’s potential benefits and impacts and our proposals to mitigate those impacts.
In addition to publishing more information on the Project, we will also be holding in-person and online public events. More detail about the next stage of consultation will be published soon in our Statement of Community Consultation. We will let you know when this is published and keep you informed about consultation and event dates.
Land Interest Questionnaires
Land Information Questionnaires (LIQs) have been distributed by our land agents Dalcour Maclaren. The LIQs will help to identify people who may have an interest in land associated with the project. If you have received a LIQ, we encourage you to complete and return this as soon as possible, to help us make sure we communicate with the right people with an interest in land within our proposals.
If you have any questions about the LIQ, the Dalcour Maclaren team can be contacted on 01869 352 725 or ve-nf@dalcourmaclaren.com
